The Annual Meeting will be held on February 15, 2024 from 7pm-8pm. You should have received the annual meeting packet by email and mail.

The Annual Meeting of the Braeloch Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. via virtual google meet.

Please accept this notification welcoming all owners to attend the Braeloch HOA Annual Members’ Meeting.

At the meeting an election of the Board of Directors will be held for two (2) open positions. Board Member terms are three (3) years. The 2024 budget will also be presented during this meeting.

There will be no voting during this meeting as it is a virtual meeting. Voting will be held via google forms the following business day after the meeting.

We hope you will be able to join the meeting for the discussion of the past year and looking forward to 2024. We look forward to hearing from you there.

Braeloch Dues & Statements (January 2024 Update From Cedar Management)

Good Day,

Happy New Year Everyone!

The 2024 statements were slightly delayed but they have been mailed and emailed to everyone.

Please be assured that although the due date is January 1, 2024, no late fees will occur until March 1, 2024. We understand the management transition has been difficult and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive their statements and get acclimated to making payments on the portal.

We usually like to have statements go out by December 1. However, due to the transition the statements were a bit delayed for Braeloch this year.

Please refer to your welcome kit that has been mailed and email to each of you. There is helpful information on how to make payments on the portal and you will need personal information from that welcome kit.

Town Hall – June 28th 2023

Hello neighbors,

We would love to hear from you and provide updates on what your board of directors have been working on. We plan to hold a “Town Hall” on June 28th at the neighborhood playground from 7pm-8:30pm. We encourage homeowners to bring a chair or blanket for seating.
