Landscaping Items to be accomplished in 2026/2027:
- Mulch Front Entrance (re-mulch yearly moving forward).
- Mulch Playground area (re-mulch yearly moving forward).
- Note: The Medfield President on behalf of their Board of Directors has given the Braeloch board written permission to continue maintaining landscaping on the small part of the playground on Medfield’s side.
- Plant annuals in spring/fall at center island and in front of both side monuments.
- Replenish gravel under picnic tables as needed.
- Trim dead bushes, trees and branches near playground and at front of neighborhood as needed.
Notes:
- The irrigation system has been determined to be leaking beyond repair, at this time, this proposal includes using funds that would normally be used to repair and run the irrigation system. Irrigation will not be run in 2026/2027. A long tern savings plan is warranted to plan for future replacement if needed.
- The retaining wall by the playground is rotting and requires a long term savings plan as it may need to be replaced in the future.
Points NOT for Vote:
- The irrigation system was not run during 2023-2025 or 2025-2026 due to its current damaged state, outside of the annual flowers (depending on weather) other vegetation seems to be doing fine.
- There is NOT a sprinkler head on the center island.
