Architectural change requests (ARC Requests) are submitted via the Cedar Management web portal. Refer to the Braeloch Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations Sec. 3 for changes that require HOA approval. Cedar Management charges a $20 fee for each ARC Request submission.
To submit an ARC Request, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Cedar Management web portal: https://portal.mycmg.com/public.
2. Select the paper airplane icon on the left toolbar.
3. Select the ARC Request option.
4. Fill out the ARC Request form. Download and complete the CMG Generic ARC Form.pdf file and attach it to the ARC Request before submitting.
