The HOA Board adopted the following goals for 2026 during the March 9 Executive Session:
- Formalize Meeting Schedule.
- Better track rentals.
- Outline homeowner responsibilities.
- Work towards bring the neighborhood up to covenant compliance.
- Continue Braeloch website/email.
- Move towards annual mulching of front and common area.
- Explore cost/benefit of professional Zoom account.
- Explore need of legal contract between Braeloch and Medfield regarding shared property.
